I know, that's not what it's usually called, and at one time, it probably deserved its original name. Thing is, over the years, it's become a twenty-eight (or in leap-year, twenty-nine) day festival of whining, scab-picking, and finger-pointing.
Well, what would you call digging up the dead for your own pleasure?
As a man of partial-Negroid anscestry, I've gotten sick and tired over the years of people who seem to think that everyone owes them something
because their forebears took a boat ride they didn't ask for, not to mention the attendant gymnastics arm-twisted upon others in the name of such foolishness.

Is there still racism? Of course. However, if your response to it is to whine, curl up in a ball and give up, or seek to guilt / threaten what you want out of others, then you're doing the bigot's work for him, placing yourself even further away from that table you want to sit at.
As Job 38:3 says, gird up your loins, and be a man; negroids have no corner on suffering, or mistreatment-everyone's had their turn in the barrel.
We each get up every day, and Lord willing, we all lay it down each night....the struggle is in between, and we all face it.
For you who may be reading this with tight jaws, I ask only this....be the "men" you claim to be, not a bunch of yapping males trying to impress their littermates and the local females-the same for you females, as well.
In short, grow up, or shut up.

Superb! Scab picking is right. Rae
